Through continual refinement of roasting profiles, BioWilly's Beans offers what's considers to be the optimal profile for each bean. BioWilly's Beans also customizes orders to make a lighter or darker roast, according to our customer’s preference.
BioWilly created the Wedding Blend for his daughter’s wedding in 2010. It has since been served at many weddings (including his son’s in 2016) and offered as wedding gifts at many others.
